County Contribution Toward 4H New Building Utilities
Outcome: Passed 7-0
The County agreed to pay $1,000 per month toward utilities at the new 4H building, with the Blackford County 4H Fairboard covering any amount above $1,000/month. If utilities fall under $1,000/month, the Fairboard will issue a refund or have the difference deducted from its yearly county contribution.
