The Indiana Department of Transportation's culvert replacement project on State Road 3 in Blackford County has reached its seventh day, with no reopening announcement yet.
The project began on June 22 and was described as an approximately one-week closure. As of Sunday, INDOT has not announced any delays, but has also not confirmed the road has reopened.
