Solar Hearing Seating Limited in Blackford County

Planning staff announced seating for 125 people in the courthouse's third-floor courtroom and 50 additional seated viewers in the first-floor lobby for the October 20 solar hearing.
The Ledger previously reported an October 20 appeal hearing tied to Lake Trout Solar Solar. Monday's announcement added the seating arrangements: no standing would be allowed, and doors would open at 6:15 p.m.
That is the door-opening time, not a newly announced hearing start time.
