The second phase of sewer maintenance work in Shamrock Lakes is scheduled for mid-to-late June, approximately three to four weeks from the May 21 board meeting. Door hanger flyers will be distributed to affected residents before work begins, following the same notification approach used in previous phases.
The town previously approved an $11,790 sewer maintenance contract for the work.
