Montpelier Council Passes Resolution for $99,000 Rural Business Development Grant

The Montpelier City Council voted unanimously to approve Resolution 26-06, authorizing the city's application for a $99,000 Rural Business Development Grant for interior improvements at 117 and 121 South Main Street.
David Kieser presented the resolution, which authorizes the application to be filed, signed by the mayor, and attested by the clerk-treasurer. Kieser said Montpelier has applied for and received this grant multiple times before. The grant deadline is June 30.
