The Montpelier Redevelopment Commission has $98,280 available for the 125 South Main Street renovation project. Quotes are being sought for HVAC, flooring, and a drop ceiling, with the goal of having quotes in hand this month.

The city appears to be moving forward with the renovation. A 90-day deadline given to Meridian Health to decide on expanding into the space expired May 31, and no public announcement of that decision has been made.
