Mid-States Selected to Build $1.225 Million Jay County Recycling Center

Mid-States has been selected to build the new recycling center for the Jay County Solid Waste Management District, according to a May 27 report in The Commercial Review. The project has a reported budget of $1.225 million.
Dunkirk has a direct stake in the project. The Dunkirk City Council approved $20,000 from EDIT funds for the recycling center at its May 11 meeting.
