The Hartford City Common Council approved right-of-way adjustments for the city's fiber project on a 4-0 vote. Clerk-Treasurer Dana Whatley explained the changes involve converting some planned aerial fiber runs to underground installation. Materials detailing the changes were provided to council members on a thumb drive.

Whatley said she would notify the relevant parties the following day.
