Terrazon Group Switches Highway 3 Area Work from Aerial to Underground in Blackford County

Terrazon Group has changed its plan for right-of-way work along 200 South from aerial installation to underground boring, the Highway Superintendent reported at the June 15 Commissioner meeting. Commissioners re-approved the work for the new method.
Terrazon Group's larger Highway 3 North reconstruction — an $8.9 million INDOT project — has right-of-way work beginning June 30. The 200 South segment appears to be related infrastructure work.
