Hartford City has posted a public bid notice for four city-owned properties. The city council authorized the property disposals at its June 16 meeting.
The properties and their minimum bids:
802 S. Pearl St. — $9,500.00
806 S. Pearl St. — $9,500.00
414 N. Monroe St. — $9,800.00
705 W. Franklin St. — $4,820.00
The bid deadline is July 21, 2026. Bid forms are available at the Mayor’s Office. Interested buyers can contact the Mayor’s Office at 765-348-0412 or msmith@hartfordcity.net. All bids will be reviewed and considered by the city.
