Hartford City: 721 South Richmond Street Court Filing Confirmed After Months on Watchlist

City Attorney Tyler Rotstein confirmed during the August 12 Property Standards Board meeting that the court filing for 721 South Richmond Street was made on July 24, and the property owner has been served.

The case had been tracked for months as potentially overdue, but the filing was made approximately one day after the 60-day posting period ended — meaning it was on time.

Rotstein said he will file for a hearing "in the next week or so," targeting October 23 for the court date.
