The Blackford County Commissioners voted 3-0 to approve a new fiscal sustainability plan from Baker Tilly, with costs covered by RWE.
The county previously paid $30,000 to $40,000 for a Baker Tilly fiscal sustainability plan. RWE has agreed to fund the updated version because conditions have changed since the original study.
