Kimberly Twibell is the Republican trustee of Harrison Township, the Montpelier-area township. The county commissioners appointed her in January 2018, then known as Kimberly Batten, on the recommendation of the county Republican chairman, after trustee Bill Smith resigned effective the end of 2017.

She won the office unopposed in 2018 and 2022, won the May 2026 primary unopposed, and has no opponent in November. Township trustees administer township assistance (poor relief) and contract for fire protection; Harrison Township contracts with the Montpelier-Harrison Township Volunteer Fire Department.
