Gloria J. Mahan is the Democratic member of the Licking Township Board, which adopts the budget for the Hartford City-area township. She was already serving in 2018, when she was re-elected with 1,079 votes (30.15%) in a race of three candidates for three seats, and was re-elected in 2022.

She received 193 votes in the unopposed May 2026 Democratic primary. She and Republican Amy S. Lathem are the only candidates for the board's three seats in November.
