Shamrock Lakes approved town and sewer bills after Clerk-Treasurer Nichols reported separate town and sewer fund balances.

Nichols gave town bills of $2,736.40 and sewer bills of $1,766.93. A motion to approve town and sewer bills received a second and ayes, with no opposition heard. Individual payees were not identified.

Her financial report listed total town funds of $107,346.71. The largest reported categories were Motor Vehicle Highway at $64,652.87, Local Road at $18,380.50 and General at $11,876.77. Those balances are separate funds, not one unrestricted spending account.

Nichols reported total sewer funds of $38,386.22, including an operating balance of $12,028.29. Reported sewer receipts were $5,469.78.

The report separately listed $1,246.56 in town disbursements and $1,737.12 in sewer disbursements. The relationship between those reporting-period payments and the bills presented for approval was not explained. They should not be substituted for the bill figures or combined into an approved total.

The sewer-account report identified one overdue account, without naming the customer or giving an amount. No lien vote was taken.
