Todd Building Investors Approved for Alcohol Sales in Dunkirk

Dunkirk City Council approved a request from investors in the Todd Building for permission to sell alcohol. Council member Jesse made the motion. Dan seconded. The motion carried.

Mayor Robbins brought the request forward on behalf of the investors. The minutes do not identify the investors by name, describe what type of business is planned, or specify whether the approval covers on-premises consumption, carry-out sales, or both.
