Thanksgiving 5K Planned for Hartford City
From the Hartford City Common Council meeting on August 3, 2026
Dan Eckstein announced a community 5K run planned for Thanksgiving Day, November 26, 2026, to support mental health resources.
The run is expected to start at approximately 8 AM and last about one hour. The route is still being finalized, and first responders will assist along the course. Homeowners along the route will be encouraged to come out and cheer on participants.
