Shamrock Lakes is planning to convert the Wells Park garage into a community building. Blue Collar provided an estimate of $19,650 to sink a well and connect water and plumbing for a bathroom.
The board directed the town to obtain at least two to three additional estimates before proceeding. Funding sources have not been finalized. Separate discussions also touched on potential future renovations to the beach house, including a Lake Association office and restrooms, though no action was taken on those proposals.
