Shamrock Lakes Pursuing Liens on Delinquent Accounts

From the Shamrock Lakes Town Board meeting on April 23, 2026

The Shamrock Lakes clerk-treasurer reported that the town is pursuing liens on several delinquent accounts. Three past-due accounts each owe $354.10, with letters sent and liens to be filed at the beginning of next month if unpaid. An additional account is past due at $191.98, and one account totaling $418.99 is already being filed for a lien.
