Shamrock Lakes Collecting Past-Due Accounts Through Property Tax Liens

The Clerk Treasurer reported several past-due accounts. Liens have been filed on some properties. When a lien is filed, it attaches to property taxes and is collected during June and December settlement checks. Some past-due amounts from RV lots and locker areas were collected in June through this process. A few accounts have made only partial lien payments.
