From the Hartford City Redevelopment Commission meeting on July 9, 2026

The elevator at the Newberry Building is now operational after repairs, RDC President Dudelston reported at the July 9 meeting.

Sub-Zero continues venting work on the building's HVAC system. Economic Development Director Warren Brown also referenced a "running project" in its "final stage," saying the next communication would be a "funding communication." Brown did not elaborate on the project's specifics.
