Montpelier Submits Fire Station Grant Application

The city submitted a fire station grant proposal by the March 31 deadline. A field visit by the granting agency is expected but not yet scheduled. The fire department is requesting community members write letters of support for the application.
Fire Chief King reported 13 EMS runs and 8 fire runs last month. The department's squad vehicle is scheduled for service on April 30.
