Montpelier Renovates Park Across from Library, Removes Old Fountain

The small park across from the library has been mostly renovated. An old brick fountain that had not worked in decades and was "beyond repair" has been removed. Jorge Pacchio did the brick work, removing old brick and laying new. The parks department coordinated new plantings.

Board member Gary Blumherst asked if the park would be named, but the mayor said there are no plans to do so.
