Junk-Vehicle Rule Review to Continue in Blackford County

Blackford County commissioners said they would consult Sheriff Heflin about ordinance issues needing revision and notify people who had participated in earlier discussions.
On October 5, commissioners had left a State Road 26 junk-vehicle dispute unresolved while seeking further review. That discussion concerned ordinance 2016-02 and how an enforcement notice described relocation or removal of vehicles.
No ordinance amendment was adopted October 19.
