IU Health Volunteer Day Set for September 18 in Dunkirk

IU Health will bring 20 to 25 high school student volunteers to Dunkirk on September 18 as part of a community improvement program. IU Health purchases all materials for the projects.
A Park Board member reported that potential projects include bleacher repairs and painting, bathroom painting, and picnic table refurbishing. Backdrop fence painting was discussed but may not be suitable due to height concerns. Dugout work is also possible if not completed before then by current efforts.
