Indiana Tax Amnesty Window Opens July 15 — Blackford County Residents Eligible
The Indiana Department of Revenue's Tax Amnesty program takes effect Wednesday, July 9, with the amnesty window opening July 15 and running through September 9.
Eligible taxpayers with liabilities for periods ending before January 1, 2024, can receive a full waiver of all penalties, interest, and collection fees. Those who participated in the 2005 or 2015 amnesty programs are not eligible.
Residents can check their eligibility through the INTIME tool at intime.dor.in.gov. More information is available at in.gov/dor/amnesty.
Blackford County residents who owe back state taxes should check their eligibility before the window closes on September 9.
