Housing Winners in Montpelier Move Into Grant Work Phase
From the Montpelier Redevelopment Commission meeting on October 12, 2026
Montpelier's housing-preservation winners have now been notified and are moving into the next step of the grant process.
On Sept. 15, city officials said seven households had been selected but had not yet fully moved into the work phase. Monday's redevelopment update said all winners have now been notified and will work with Dave Kieser and his group to access their money.
The discussion was brief, but it marks the clearest public sign yet that the city's selected households are moving from announcement toward actual project setup.
