Hartford City: RDC Reports $740,074 Across Four Funds

Clerk Treasurer Dana Whatley reported current RDC fund balances at the June 11 meeting: the Newberry Building Fund holds $10,999.90, the TIF Industrial Park Fund holds $240,348.14, the TIF District Fund holds $486,163.73, and the Daniels Escrow Account holds $2,562.33 — totaling $740,074.10 across all four funds.

The board approved two bills: $908.75 for air conditioning repair and $140 for an unspecified service. Whatley also reported the Baker-Tilly audit letter has been completed and submitted to Indiana Gateway ahead of the June 15 deadline.
