The Hartford City Redevelopment Commission reported total fund balances of $1,083,963.52 across four accounts, according to a financial report presented by Dana Whatley.

The breakdown: TIF District Fund holds $764,625.82, TIF Industrial Park holds $307,398.93, the Newberry Building fund holds $10,999.90, and the Daniels Escrow account holds $938.87. The financial report was accepted 3-0.

The total represents a significant increase from the $740,000 in combined balances reported at the June 11 meeting, likely reflecting TIF revenue receipts between June and July. The TIF District Fund alone now exceeds the prior combined total.
