Hartford City Redevelopment Commission Accepts Fund Balances, Aug. 20 Minutes
From the Hartford City Redevelopment Commission meeting on September 17, 2026
The Hartford City Redevelopment Commission approved its Aug. 20 meeting minutes and accepted updated fund balances on Sept. 17, putting the city's latest redevelopment account figures on the public record before taking up other property business.
Commission members Ron Dudelston, Dan Eckstein, Dana Whatley, and Bob Kingery voted 4-0 on both items. Tyler Rotstein joined the meeting by Zoom as counsel.
The accepted financial report listed $13,000.90 in the Newberry Building fund, $302,398.93 in the Industrial Park fund, $721,602.96 in the TIF District Fund, and $335.80 in Daniels Escrow.
The votes did not approve a new spending item by themselves. Still, they fixed the official record and the current balance snapshot in place before later discussion about the Newberry and Daniels buildings.
