Hartford City: Daniels Building Apartment Now Vacant — Inspection Pending

From the Hartford City Redevelopment Commission meeting on June 11, 2026

Mayor Eckstein reported the apartment in the Daniels Building is now empty. Keys are expected to be dropped off Monday. The RDC plans to inspect the apartment once access is secured.

Clerk Treasurer Whatley noted all Daniels rents are current except for the now-vacant apartment unit. She is still awaiting payments from two other entities that were due June 1.
