Hartford City Clears Routine Parks Votes, Approves $18,886.84 in Claims

From the Hartford City Parks Board meeting on October 13, 2026

Hartford City Parks Board opened its recorded business Tuesday by approving older meeting minutes and an $18,886.84 claims package covering August through October.

Board member Sam Dick made the motion to approve the board's Aug. 11 minutes, and the motion passed without opposition in the exchange captured on the meeting video. Later in the meeting, Jessica Tabor moved to approve the claims package, which the board passed by voice vote.

The transcript gives residents a bottom-line spending figure but not the written claims register behind it. Vendors and line items were not read into the record in the portion of the meeting captured on video, so the public total is clear while the breakdown is not.
