A request from a resident named Judy to vacate an alley was tabled to the July council meeting for a public hearing.
City Attorney Tyler Rothstein outlined the requirements: written notice to all adjoining landowners, sign-off from utility companies including an 811 check for underground lines, and publication of notice as required by statute. The resolution has been drafted.
