City Attorney Tyler Rothstein confirmed that a $1,000 judgment ordered January 3, 2025 by Judge Berry against Diane Fuller for her property at 422 East Commercial Street operates as an automatic lien on the property under Indiana law. The lien applies because the property is titled solely in Fuller's name.

Additionally, staff reported that Fuller is now under investigation again for trash and police ordinance violations, with certified notice sent.
