Guardrail and Sidewalk Items Added to Montpelier Agenda

Montpelier approved an amended agenda adding guardrail-repair and sidewalk-repair proposals under new business and moving another item forward.
The agenda vote allowed discussion. It did not approve either repair contract or authorize a dollar amount.
The board also approved prior meeting minutes without identifying their meeting date during the action. After public comments, it approved a motion to adjourn. Those procedural votes did not authorize additional spending.
