Drainage Board Transfers $92,808 to Keep Work Moving
The Blackford County Drainage Board approved a $92,808 transfer on Sept. 8 to free up capacity for additional tile and drainage work.
The funds moved from account 1158 into account 2701. Staff told the board a follow-up transfer in the opposite direction may be needed at the next meeting after both accounts are balanced.
The vote did not announce a new project by name. It did show the board repositioning existing cash so work can continue.
