From the Montpelier Board of Works & Safety meeting on July 15, 2026

Water Superintendent Chase Perry reported that the water tap for the Creek Run development has been received after being on back order. Sewer parts have also been obtained. Perry is waiting for construction to progress further before connecting, to avoid interfering with the builders' work schedule.
