Court Rules in Hartford City's Favor on 525 West Fulton Emergency Teardown

The court ruled in Hartford City's favor on July 16 for the emergency teardown of the property at 525 West Fulton Street, and the city has selected Schroyer Construction as the demolition contractor.
Demolition is expected within approximately 30 days, pending confirmation from the gas company that service has been disconnected. Dumpsters are already on site.
The property owner has been cooperating with the process, removing personal items from the home. A Winnebago on the property is expected to be moved before demolition begins.
