County Annex Leak Repaired, ADA Ramp Project Moving Forward

County Facilities Manager Megan reported two maintenance items at the county annex building.

A sanitary leak was discovered on the second floor, where pipes and a toilet were leaking into the first floor. The leak was caught early with minimal damage. Dunwitties has assessed the problem and is scheduling repair work, which will include some floor repair.

Separately, the county is getting quotes for a sidewalk and ADA-compliant ramp on the north side of the building. Measurements have been taken and contractors are being contacted.
