Council Member Flags Poor Road Conditions from Utility Cuts in Dunkirk

A council member raised concerns about poor-quality road patches left behind by utility work at the Stuart Brothers location and on East Washington. The mayor agreed to check with the paving contractor about fall patching. Some of the cuts date from a previous utility project last year.
