The Drainage Board confirmed it approved a fiber installation plan for the Blackford Wind project at a prior meeting. The approval was contingent on corrections to location errors in state filing documents, which a project representative acknowledged via Zoom.
Commissioner John Lancaster confirmed the approval is recorded in the meeting minutes. Drainage Consultant Paul Shriber said he would send a copy of the approval if needed.
