Blackford County commissioners approved a five-year Axon contract for sheriff's-office cameras, tasers, digital evidence storage, software licenses, and related services at a stated cost of $211,857.78.
County officials said the bundled package replaces services and equipment the county had been paying for separately. The meeting discussion said the agreement also extends device warranties to five years and includes upgraded licenses.
