Backup Internet Now in Place at Blackford County Courthouse and Sheriff's Department

Backup internet connections are now operational at both the Blackford County Courthouse and the sheriff's department, county IT staff reported on June 1.
Over the next two weeks, the county will evaluate whether the courthouse backup connection can support streaming of public meetings. Comcast is also scheduled to visit on Wednesday, June 10, for a walkthrough to prepare for a new internet service installation.
