From the Montpelier Board of Public Works meeting on October 14, 2026

Brad Neff reported a previously approved $744 wastewater credit after a customer repaired a water leak.

He said wastewater charges could be adjusted toward normal usage after such a repair. An unidentified participant said the adjustment involved three months.

The credit reduced the customer's wastewater bill and related utility revenue. No new approval vote occurred during the report, and the adjustment was not a general rate reduction.
