$5,626 Sewer Repair Approved in Shamrock Lakes
From the Shamrock Lakes Town Board meeting in October 2026
The Shamrock Lakes Town Board approved a $5,626 sewer-plant bearing repair at its October meeting after hearing that the equipment was still running but showing signs of wear.
Sewer plant manager Travis Williamson said the support-bearing rebuild kit was at the end of its life and metal shavings were visible. He said John from CIC had inspected it.
The $5,626 town expense covers labor and materials. During discussion, the board considered the risk that the wheel could fail if repairs were delayed.
A motion to proceed with the repair received a second and passed by voice vote. No repair date was established during the discussion.
