Blackford County Schools approved moving $151,714 from its Education Fund to Operations by a 5–0 vote October 13.
The monthly transfer moves existing district money between funds; it is not new outside revenue. The budget presentation described annual Education-to-Operations transfers as just under 15%, but did not establish a final annual dollar total for this year.
