From the Shamrock Lakes Town Board meeting in October 2026

The Shamrock Lakes Town Board voted at its October meeting to send another mowing-enforcement letter concerning James Young's house parcel at 1 Vaught Road.

Michael Nichols said the town had sent a certified letter and posted another copy with the ordinance on the front door. He said the house parcel still did not meet the town's mowing requirements.

Nichols also discussed a separate vacant parcel across Vaught that he said had not been mowed. The board discussed contacting a contractor to mow that lot and billing the owner later if necessary.

The vote covered another letter for the house parcel. No separate dollar authorization for contractor mowing was established in the discussion.
